**Your Responsibilities**
As a Technical Maintenance Expert & Industrial Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the technical strategy of the site and for leading strategic industrial projects:
- Define and implement the site’s technical and industrial strategy in collaboration with Operations leadership.
- Supervise maintenance operations (corrective, preventive, predictive) and ensure equipment reliability.
- Lead and develop a team of project engineers and technicians.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE optimization).
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, IATF 16949).
- Manage CAPEX & OPEX budgets and industrial investments.
- Oversee qualification and validation of new equipment and processes (IQ, OQ, PQ, PV).
**Your Profile**
- Engineering degree (HES, EPFL, or equivalent).
- 10+ years of experience in a regulated industrial environment (MedTech, Automotive, Aerospace, etc.).
- Expertise in industrial maintenance, process reliability, and complex project management.
- Strong command of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and risk analysis (FMEA).
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in French & English
