Our HR Operations team consists of HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager and provides services to the employees and managers along the employee lifecycle with a great deal of commitment and passion.
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager to manage the full recruiting process for all divisions on all levels as well as the employer branding activities.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Build meaningful relationships with our line managers, understand their talent needs and advise them on all recruiting topics
- Use your expertise in active sourcing and your vast network to find top talents
- Manage global HR Projects
- Be one of our SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Super Users
- You are responsible for employer branding and develop new, innovative employer branding activities
- You evaluate the employer branding strategy on an ongoing basis, measures the success and reach of the employer branding measures with the right KPIs and interpret them to ensure that the measures are effective
**Your qualifications**
- Several years of experience (in-house and/or agency) in sourcing & recruiting of complex profiles, in areas like IT, Project Management and Trading
- University degree in Economics or Psychology or comparable education
- Experience in employer branding and in creating and implementing employer branding activities/campaigns
- Project management skills as well as affinity for modern IT technologies and digitalization
- High level of independence, quality and service orientation paired with entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking and a pragmatic “can-do”-attitude
- Excellent communicator and well-organized with an innovative mindset and a willingness to continuously improve
- Proficient in German and English, ideally advanced in French
