What we will deliver

We focus on the development of a proprietary pipeline of wellness and healthcare products, with a specific focus on highly differentiated products that address unmet medical and consumer needs.
By leveraging our unique and enabling R&D capabilities, we are building a pipeline that includes inhalable medicines and consumer wellness products.

About the role

As our Quality Manager, you will provide effective quality support is provided to our Cannabinoid business category, to ensure products are developed, manufactured, and distributed in accordance with applicable industry standards, regulatory and internal requirements.

In this role you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Supporting the operational management of all quality activities together with our suppliers and partners:

- Providing support to development activities related to the preparation of pre-clinical and clinical trials.
- Responsible for providing adequate quality support to the supply of commercial products, management of complaints, deviations and investigations related to marketed batches, including internal reporting, root cause analysis and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Performing supplier audits and follow up on closure of any non-conformances, support the supplier approval process and maintenance of the approved suppliers list.
- Monitoring suppliers’ and partners’ performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Representing quality in projects, including participation in cross functional project teams, act as the main quality point of contact.

About you

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a life science discipline.
- A demonstrable number of years’ experience in a Quality function in a Pharmaceutical or Healthcare environment.
- Proven ability to proactively identify and drive continuous improvement.
- Experienced in leading internal and external audits.
- Experience with Medical Cannabis, botanical medicines, or other natural health products would be desirable
