- Staefa, SwitzerlandEnvironmental Data & Reporting Manager
- In this role, you will bring Sonova’s environmental data and reporting to the next level, enabling the efficient delivery of data to key internal and external stakeholders.**Your tasks**
- Coordinate and lead the environmental data reporting (e.g. energy, scope 1 - 3 CO2 emissions, etc.) in line with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. GHG protocol, GRI, SASB, TCFD) in preparation for the annual ESG report
- Improve data quality and current environmental reporting procedures
- Ensure environmental data is accurate, timely and verifiable
- Evaluate and implement software solutions to automate, visualize and analyze environmental data
- Establish a single source of truth for environmental data
- Collaborate with various internal key stakeholders (e.g. finance, procurement, value chain management, HR, etc.)
- Develop and track environmental KPIs to observe and drive environmental footprint reductions
- Onboard and train new GCs (group companies) on environmental data collection and reporting
- Monitor regulatory framework and trends that may impact environmental data and reporting
- Lead the annual CDP (climate change disclosure) process
- Provide data for relevant ESG indices (e.g. DJSI, MSCI, ISS, Sustainalytics)

**Your profile**
- University degree in Data Analytics, Data Management, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, Environmental Management or a similar field of study
- 2-3 years of experience in data management, business analytics and/or corporate sustainability
- Analytical, accurate and reliable personality with the ability to think critically and to learn and adapt quickly
- Experience with (environmental) database systems and software; strong MS Office skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Preferably knowledgeable of frameworks and standards such as the GHG protocol
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
