- Contact téléphonique avec la clientèle
- Prise de rendez-vous
- Suivi des offres
- Mise à jour base de donnée
- Traitement et enregistrement des commandes clients

**Nous attendons**
- Formation dans une entreprise œuvrant dans le bâtiment
- Bonne expérience dans le domaine administratif
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe ainsi que doté(e) d'un sens élevé de la discrétion et de la confidentialité
- A l’aise avec les chiffres, à l’aise avec les outils informatiques
- Excellente rédaction française
