DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Vous avez le sens des langues et de l'organisation et vous recherchez un défi passionnant dans un environnement dynamique et international ? Dans ce poste à responsabilités et varié, vous serez le bras droit de notre vice-président des ventes.

Les tâches suivantes font partie de vos activités principales:
**Soutien du VP Sales**
- Assister le VP Sales dans la coordination des ventes pour les marchés de l'Inde et du Moyen-Orient
- Préparer des plans de voyage détaillés
- Préparation de documents, de rapports et de dossiers de réunion
- Suivi des délais, des prestations et des mesures de suivi
- Organisation de réunions externes, de rendez-vous et de voyages d'affaires
- Organisation de réunions internes et rédaction de notes de réunion
- Préparation de présentations
- Gestion des notes de frais
- Correspondance diverse en français, allemand et en anglais

**Tâches générales**
- Gestion des questions juridiques et des contrats de vente
- Soutien du Training & E-Learning Manager
- Soutien du CEO en l'absence de son assistante
- Soutien de l'équipe du back office ventes

- Talent d'organisation
- Méthode de travail efficace et autonome
- Aisance rédactionnelle
- Flair pour les chiffres
- Très bonnes capacités de communication
- Apte à travailler en équipe
- Flexible, engagé et résistant au stress

EXIGENCES RELATIVES AU POSTE
- Formation commerciale achevée avec une formation continue correspondante (assistante de direction, etc.)
- Quelques années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Bonne connaissance des programmes courants MS Office, la connaissance de SAP/R3 et de Sales Force est un atout

CONNAISSANCES DES LANGUES
- De langue maternelle française avec d'excellentes connaissances en anglais et de bonnes connaissances en allemand
- Toute autre langue étrangère est un atout
