**Your role and responsibilities**:
The ICS Cyber Security Practice Lead for Europe uses extensive knowledge of Industrial Control Systems and cybersecurity to build, lead, and support local cybersecurity teams. Focusing on enabling local teams and pursuing strategic opportunities, the practice lead provides value to both the hub sales and operations teams. Furthermore, they are responsible for ensuring that activities related to cyber engineering disciplines within projects are efficiently executed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and security requirements. You will indirectly manage and lead local teams in developing, implementing, and facilitating the successful onboarding of digital solutions, adoption of digital platforms, and their integration into the customer business environment, along with subsequent operations and maintenance. You will provide consultative assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal of improving productivity and efficiency. You will also ensure thorough testing and troubleshooting of the final system setup, ensuring a successful rollout through effective training. An understanding of how to best configure and implement software is essential, as you will be responsible for confirming that all resources are in place to implement software on time and on budget. Additionally, you will ensure ongoing support and services. Main Accountabilities: - Software Engineering Expertise & Leadership: Contribute to the Global software product roadmap and portfolio by suggesting new features, functionality, and variants. As the ICS Cyber Security Practice Lead, you will act as the SME for the successful execution and delivery of activities related to Network Monitoring, Event Monitoring, the overall Cyber Security Business Strategy, and Cyber Security Incident Response. - Technical Sales Support within the Region: Manage end-to-end technical sales support in close coordination with sales teams to identify customer needs, develop, demonstrate, and articulate the features of digital solutions, and explain how they best suit customer requirements. - Customer Lifecycle Management: Orchestrate all stages of the end-to-end customer lifecycle, covering digital opportunity identification, qualification, discovery, value engineering, solution blueprinting, PoC/Pilot, solution deployment, and post-go-live operations/support. - Collaboration & Teamwork: Ensure close collaboration with sales, product management, solution architects, and development teams for future planning, feature development, and product support. - Customer Centricity & Support: Manage customer expectations from the sales cycle through go-live and post-implementation phases. Build sustainable customer relationships to ensure growth, satisfaction, and retention in close coordination with Sales. - Leadership and Development: Ensure that your area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed within the region. You will guide, motivate, and develop your respective teams, improving digital solution engineering by providing training and developing capabilities and competencies.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience, including mid-level leadership and management expertise. While certifications are a plus, your practical experience and ability to lead will be crucial.
- In this position, you will be responsible for acting as a design authority for cyber engineering disciplines. You will collaborate on project installations, commissioning, and site activities, ensuring any potential issues are addressed and providing solutions to correct engineering errors. Your role will also involve offering technical support during commissioning and start-up activities, ensuring the smooth implementation of systems.
