Stellenbeschreibung
Im Auftrag unserer Mandantin, ein Maschinenbauunternehmen in der Region Zürich - Schaffhausen - Süddeutschland, suchen wir einen erfahrenen Leiter für das 80 Mitarbeiter starke internationale (CH / IN / CZ) Entwicklungsteam einer Product Unit.

**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**
- Technische und organisatorische Leitung (50:50) der Product Unit mit 80 Mitarbeiter
- direkt unterstellt sind 3 Bereichsleiter und 2 Standort Stellvertreter
- Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten (technisch, zeitlich, finanziell)
- Vorantreiben globaler Entwicklungsaktivitäten und Weiterentwicklung der Entwicklungs-Roadmap
- Mitarbeiterführung, Team
- und Personalentwicklung
- Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20% (vorwiegend IN + CZ)

**Sie bringen mit**
- Technischer Ingenieur-Studienabschluss Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik
- Mehrjährige Entwicklungserfahrung, Value Engineering, Produktmanagement, Qualität
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung davon mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre in ähnlicher Position
- Ausgewiesene Führungskompetenz, Erfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung und Führung internationaler Projekte/Projektteams
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
- und Englisch
