**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Administration**:

- Management of the Group Treasurer’s diary
- Oversee all travel arrangements for the Group Treasurer and his team
- Manage daily operations of the Group Treasury department
- Liaise & coordinate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external on an executive level
- Assist the management of the office space for the Group Treasury department
- Approve Group Treasury department expenditure and annual leave in SAP
- Assist hiring, on-and-offboarding processes for the Group Treasury department
- Any ad hoc admin support required by the Group Treasurer and his team
- Process all expenses for the Group Treasurer or team members
- Assist with the editing of the annual Enterprise Risk report
- Prepare any presentation material required by the Group Treasurer
- Handle the signature processes for Group Treasury

**Team support**:

- Be the first point of contact for the Group Treasury department
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace environment by helping to manage team events, weekly meetings, social gatherings, etc.

**Internal Customer Service**:

- Maintain internal distribution lists
- Handle any Team communication

**KEY SKILLS**:

- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
- Organized and accurate, very strong attention to detail to ensure high quality communications
- Autonomous and proactive, interested to learn
- Highest level of discretion and integrity
- Dynamic and excellent presentation
- Fluent in English and French
- Mastering of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a curiosity to learn
- Able to communicate at all levels and work transversally with different regions, Maisons and external stakeholders
- Flexible to adapt to a fast changing environment and always willing to go the extra mile
- An empathetic team player with a highly client centred mindset
- Minimum of 4 years professional experience in a similar position
- A University degree is a plus
- Interest in finance topics is desirable
