**Deine Mission**

Als Head of Product bist du dafür verantwortlich, unsere SaaS-Plattform für Language AI und integriertem Zugang zu professionellen Services strategisch weiterzuentwickeln. Du hebst unsere Produktentwicklung auf die nächste Stufe und richtest unsere Plattform auf neue Marktpotenziale aus. Dabei sorgst du für eine klare Produktstrategie, die sich an den Geschäftszielen orientiert und Innovation vorantreibt

**Das ist der Job**
- Du führst ein kleines Produktteam und baust es weiter aus - z. B. indem du eine:n UX Designer:in ins Team holst. Dabei förderst du die Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder.
- Du konzipierst und implementierst eine ganzheitliche Produktstrategie für unsere Plattform, um sowohl aktuelle Kund:innen zu begeistern als auch neue Zielgruppen zu erschliessen.
- Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung der Supertext-Plattform und stellst sicher, dass AI-Features und professionelle Services nahtlos integriert und optimal genutzt werden.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing und Operations lässt du Markt
- und Kund:innenperspektiven in die Produktroadmap einfliessen.
- Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit den Entwicklungsteams (Engineering und Research), um die Anforderungen effizient umzusetzen und gemeinsam die besten Lösungen zu finden.

**Das bringst du mit**
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Head of Product oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im SaaS-Bereich, idealerweise mit zusätzlicher Service-Komponente.
- Du bist strategisch stark und zugleich hands-on - von der Vision bis zur operativen Umsetzung fühlst du dich verantwortlich.
- Fundiertes Verständnis von SaaS-Plattformen, idealerweise Erfahrung mit AI-basierten Produkten oder Sprachdienstleistungen.
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von funktionsübergreifenden Teams. Du kannst ein Produktteam aufbauen und weiterentwickeln.
- Du verstehst, wie man Geschäftsziele, Markttrends und Feedback von Kund:innen in erfolgreiche Produktfeatures übersetzt.
- Klare und offene Kommunikation (auf Deutsch und Englisch) ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- CH- oder EU/EFTA-Staatsangehörigkeit oder eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Deutschland bzw. die Schweiz
