**Responsibilities**:- Support SW development teams by creating dashboards to track defects and pre-launch tasks
- Identify risks to milestones and launch schedule, push owners to close those risks
- Manages critical milestones throughout the project to ensure the best customer experience
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on key metrics and status
- Tracking project metrics (operational, KPIs, etc,) and reporting on them**Requirements**:
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential
- Full understanding of the SW development lifecycle
