**Transition Lead/ ICT Architect (Microsoft 365)**

**Location**:Mandatory 1 day per week in Bern - Remaining time remote (only allowed within Switzerland). Readiness to travel within Switzerland: workshops with customers on site (Basel, Zürich and Eastern Switzerland)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- With the Transition team, they create a safe, simple and future-oriented working environment for their customers and their employees from the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The company develops, supports and operates services and system integrations for customers. In addition, they are responsible for consulting and technical pre-sales for inquiries in the area of Microsoft 365 with the associated cybersecurity services
- In the Microsoft 365 environment, you take over the technical lead in the projects
- You develop solutions and concepts for the implementation of Microsoft 365 services based on managed solutions and consulting framework
- You verify customer offers and answer technical questions in the case of tenders. In addition, you plan and implement hybrid solutions to existing systems
- You lead technical workshops with our customers and work out technical solutions based on their requirements
- You carry out new installations, migrations and commissioning of a wide variety of Microsoft products with the help of our internal specialists

**Your Skills**:

- Experience in setup (Green Field) or migration (even better than setup) from on premise to O365
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales/consulting/solution development in the field of end user computing
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture/design/detailing of processes
- Good knowledge in planning and implementing migration projects and consulting
- Good analytical skills and good communication skills
- Mandatory German C1

**Skills nice to have**:

- Certification as a Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert is advantageous
- Experience in managed services
- Experience in a global delivery environment
- Experience in compliance and security requirements such as NIST, CMMC, ITAR/EAR, NIST Cyber security framework, GDPR, HIPAA and PCI
