Mastermind the agile universe. **Bern, Zurich** **Your Role and Responsibility**: ***: - You accompany and coach teams on their agile journey: From introductory trainings to the development and continuous improvement of team structures and processes to functioning scaled agility. - You moderate meetings and workshops around agile ways of working (agile values, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, user stories / requirements, sustainable quality, BizDevOps, etc.) as well as on content-related topics of the respective teams. - You support Product Owners in keeping the vision in mind and specifying requirements adequately (including separating the "what" from the "how"). - Together with other Scrum Masters / Agile Coaches, you help to further develop the agility of the company beyond the team and program level. - Required Technical & Professional Expertise - You are an open and solution-focused personality. - You have good people skills, empathy and the ability to reflect. - You have professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. - You have already gained knowledge of tools (Jira, Miro, Confluence, etc.). - You have successfully completed a university degree (ETH, Uni, FH). - You have completed further training in the area of agility (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, agile coaching, etc.), possibly training in the areas of requirements engineering or project management. - You can communicate fluently in German and English. - You have an affinity for information technology and organizations. **What sets Consulteer apart?
