A financial institution specialised in personalized financial services, including wealth management, investment advice, and private banking services is seeking a:
**Graduate Private Banking Assistant**

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Relationship Managers with client requests, account opening, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
- Maintain and update client records, prepare documentation, and ensure proper filing.
- Support the processing of client transactions, including payments, transfers, and investment orders.
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Ensure all activities align with internal policies and regulatory standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.

Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Initial experience (e.g., internship) in a banking or financial environment is a strong plus.
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of financial products and markets.
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage.
- Committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding client information.
- Demonstrates professionalism and trustworthiness in all interactions.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving situations.
- Enjoys collaborating with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
- Swiss residency is required.
