- Are you ready to test hearing instruments, bring in fresh ideas on testing and reliability and push the boundaries of what is possible?- In a multidisciplinary and dynamic reliability team, you will be supporting testing and reliability laboratory activities. Our goal is to improve the reliability of all Sonova hearing instruments and to have a positive effect on our consumers’ lives.- Together we take reliability and testing to the next level**Your tasks**
- Perform standardized mean time to failure tests on hardware, follow testing procedures, and ensure consistent and accurate results
- Planning, installation, and execution of test set-ups and experiments for reliability analysis purposes
- Document results in tables and charts to allow easy evaluation
- Collaborate closely with the reliability team
- Support the development teams with the finding to improve new designs
- Development and improvement of internal test standards
- Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Support in developing tools and MTTF tests environment

**Your profile**
- Technical education or equivalent
- Strong focus and passion for quality and reliability
- Experienced with laboratory work is a plus
- English confidently spoken and written, German is a plus
