**Ready to take the lead?**

***Your Mission**:

- Lead the **IT department** (internal & external teams) across infrastructure, operations, and service delivery
- Develop and implement the **IT strategy**, aligned with business goals and future growth
- Ensure stable, secure, and efficient **IT operations** (networks, servers, endpoints, ERP, M365, hybrid environments)
- Oversee **IT security, data protection, and disaster recovery** (BCP/DRP)
- Drive **digitalisation projects** in close partnership with business units (Automation, ERP, Cloud, M365)
- Manage **external vendors and service partners** (SLAs, contracts, performance)
- Own the **IT budget** and ensure cost-effective resource planning

***What You Bring**:

- 7+ years of experience in **IT leadership** roles (IT Manager, Head of IT, Infrastructure Lead, etc.)
- Solid understanding of **IT infrastructure & ITSM frameworks** (ITIL, ISO 27001 a plus)
- Proven track record in **managing complex IT projects** (ERP rollout, M365 migration, cloud, automation)
- Confident in **vendor management, budgeting, and strategic planning**:

- Strong knowledge of **BCP, IT Security, compliance** topics
- Excellent communication skills - you speak both “tech” and “business”
- Fluent in **German & English**, other languages are a plus
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, manufacturing) is a strong asset
