- We are looking for someone who combines a solid background in data analytics with a strong interest in Marketing and project management:
- help us facilitate data driven decision-making at the Center of Excellence Marketing and Digital Sales
- derive data driven insight from large and complex datasets via ML and statistical models in order to improve our understanding of customer behavior and optimize marketing campaigns
- execute as well as write clear and maintainable production code, in close interaction with the stakeholders
- support the team in process automation and project management
- support the team in designing, executing and analyzing quantitative market research studies
- help managing the transformation of CoE Marketing and Sales to a truly agile delivery organization

**Your team**
- You will work in Zurich at the Center of Excellence Marketing and Digital Sales and will be integrated into the highly motivated team Marketing Stategy and Research. The team drives strategic projects in marketing, acts as a link between business, marketing and our clients and supports all Swiss business units (Personal Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate & Institute Clients) as well as our agile crews in a wide variety of topics. Through your projects, you will be able to build up a broad network at UBS Switzerland AG.

**Your expertise**
- University degree (MSc or PhD) in natural sciences computer science (or economics with experience in data analysis), working experience in financial services is a plus
- experience with relational databases (SQL), is a plus
- experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Dash, )
- experience with project management
- eager to learn, highly motivated, innovative and capable to think out of the box and a great team player
- analytical and attentive to detail - in good balance with a healthy level of pragmatism
- able to work efficiently and independently to meet deadlines under high pressure
- fluent in English (speaking and writing) and preferably also in German
