- As Director Employee Engagement & Organizational Development, you will establish, develop and be responsible for a listening strategy to take the pulse of the business and translate employee feedback into actions and initiatives to increase employee engagement at Sonova globally. You will be responsible for major employee engagement surveys, including the annual employee survey and the monthly pulse surveys, as well as being responsible for the year-round engagement management process within Sonova.**Your tasks**
- Developing and owning the Sonova wide global listening strategy, enabling the organization and its leaders to get regular and meaningful feedback, as well as drive relevant actions
- Together with the team you run and further advance the central surveys being offered, including:

- the annual engagement survey “HearMe”
- the monthly pulse surveys
- selected other products, such as on and offboarding surveys
- Advance impact of surveys in terms of frequency, content and usability through our leadership teams
- Ensure high productivity in the organizational listening, whilst having a strong focus on data sensitivity
- Become the center of excellence and first point of contact for requests related to employee engagement - e.g. concept, key drivers, measurement, best practice, etc.
- Own and further advance the all-year engagement management process in the organization, which builds around the survey data, each leader running action workshops, and driving implementation of changes throughout the year
- Foster a best practice exchange among leaders, teams, businesses and regions in driving employee engagement; and develop suitable formats
- Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams on employee engagement, with a high focus on further advancing employee engagement within Sonova to the level of high performing companies
- Gain an overview on key engagement related employee touchpoints (“moments that matter”) and partner with other functions that advance those. e.g. HR Business Partners, D&I and Health Management, Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, ESG, Local HR teams, Talent Management
- Oversee and manage budget of the Engagement and Talent Listening team

**Your profile**
- University degree in Business or a HR related field e.g. Psychology, Business, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences
- 5-7 years of work experience in a comparable role with focus on employee engagement topics
- Experience in consulting Global HR organization is an asset
- Extensive experience in engagement topics as well as the ability to analyze data and develop recommendations based on the results
- Experience in managing global processes in a global corporate environment
- You lead, motivate and inspire global project stakeholders as well as promote ideas
- Ability to communicate efficiently on all hierarchy levels as well with all different kind of cultures
- Distinct conceptual skills coupled with a ability to quickly adapt to new situations
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken any other languages are an asset
