Our client, a well know company in the luxury area is looking for a:
HRBP

Reporting to the Head of HR, the HRBP will provide HR advice to support management teams to effectively manage their people, to achieve changes and business outcomes, to support all HR processes and projects

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate as a strategic partner as part of the HR team to deliver technical and strategic human resource advice across a range of areas such as workforce planning, performance & development management, issue resolution, HR corporate processes, payroll process,
- Build collaborative stakeholder relationships that ensure cooperation and commitment to achieve effective people strategies and programs
- Identify and deliver human resources initiatives in partnership with HR HQ in terms of Performance & Development Management
- Partner with the business to provide end to end advice and support for change management initiatives
- Share knowledge as part of a multi-disciplinary team to build technical expertise and best practice
- Support with analysis & reporting activities, budget & forecasts, monthly financial analysis, monthly statistics,
- Support HR administration & payroll matters and be able to manage the payroll process as a back-up.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3/5 years of relevant Generalist HR experience (recruiting, employee relations, people operations, payroll, performance management etc.)
- Accurate knowledge of Swiss Labor Law and payroll in Switzerland
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, B1/C2 in English, Italian is a plus
- Able to build successful partnerships across multiple stakeholders with the ability to network, influence, lead, constructively challenge, coach, guide and support as required managers and their teams.
- Ability to work in team as well as with autonomy to deliver business priorities and manage workload within a dynamic operating environment
- International experience and strong cultural sensitivity
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll system
