Team Lead Quality Assurance Compliance

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper qualification of materials suppliers/services providers by monitoring compliance with quality agreements and audit observations
- Interact with global supplier qualification team acting as local point of contact for Drug Product Services line units in Basel and Stein
- Lead a team of two people within Quality Assurance Compliance
- Follow-up on the status of supplier qualification and CAPAs, including related material
- Tracking GMP status of service providers (e.g., calibration, maintenance, consultants)
- Execute establishment and maintenance of the Quality Management System at Drug Product Services (DPS) for Quality Control and manufacturing plant
- Support the global team in establishing and updating quality agreements with suppliers

**Key requirements**:

- Academic degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- Significant working experience in Quality Assurance in pharmaceutical industries and cGMP controlled environment preferable in supplier qualification
- Excellent working knowledge in EU and US GMP regulations relevant for supplier qualification
- Sound knowledge in compliance systems for document life cycle management, workflow tools (e.g. TrackWise)
- strong problem solving, decision making and planning skills
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, German is a plus
