**Your Team**

As a member of Avaloq’s global design team you will become a part of a talented and highly motivated group of designers, product managers, product owners, and engineers that are responsible for shaping Avaloq’s product offering. You will play an integral role in this process by ensuring a design driven and human centred innovation and development approach leading to solutions that re-envisage our users’ financial experience.

**Your mission**
- Create cutting-edge prototypes and showcases for co-innovation initiatives, following the latest trends in experience design, technology, society, and finance
- Collaborate with product teams across the organisation to support the creation of world-class experiences for different products
- Share and present findings and prototypes and ensure communication flow with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
**What you need**
- Minimum 3 years experiene creating digital products (as a designer / developer / business analyst / product manager / innovation specialist) with a proven track record
- A strong interest in creating cutting-edge digital experiences
- A passion for resolving user problems and pain points in digital products
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and trends that are shaping experiences in the financial industry

Our base salaries are competitive and if you prove to be a superstar, you might be entitled to an extraordinary achievement reward.
