_**Management d’une production d’environ 100 personnes.**_

**Responsabilités principales**
- Participer à la définition des budgets annuels d’investissement en collaboration avec le Directeur de fabrication.
- Superviser la structure de production et, conjointement avec le responsable de l’ingénierie et de maintenance, la planification des éventuelles interventions de maintenance de routine et extraordinaires actes pour améliorer la compétitivité.
- Préparer les programmes de production à moyen et long terme, avec le Directeur de fabrication et le Supply Chain Manager.
- Participer à la gestion des déviations et à la mise en place de mesures correctives ou préventives.
- Avec le responsable de l’assurance qualité, participer à des activités d’inspection et de vérification par des tiers et participe à la mise en œuvre des mesures correctives nécessaires pour assurer la conformité aux normes et règlements en vigueur.
- Collaborer avec le responsable de la Recherche et Développement à la préparation des fabrications des lots d’essai.

**Profil souhaité**
- Ingénieur / Master en Physique, génie électrique, matériaux ou jugé équivalent
- Minimum 5 ans en gestion de production dans un domaine Hi-tech (pharma, medtech, micro-électronique, spatial, etc..)
- Excellente communication en français et anglais
- Leader, proactif, entregent
- Aptitude à convaincre et fédérer
