Providing data driven support to decision making, informed by world class research across a range of current and emerging digital challenges, our teams aim to save taxpayers money and improve citizen outcomes for national, regional and local governments.

We are currently looking for a highly talented Strategy Consulting professional (for example, highly commercial Senior Managers, Directors, Engagement Managers, Associate Partners, Principals etc), with a strong understanding of technology and digital transformation, to join our world-class Strategy Consulting Public Sector team in the Benelux.

**What you will do**

The Managing Partner, Public Sector, will provide technology foresight and intelligence to senior leaders at Gartner clients, ideally with the centralised institutions and bodies within EU Secretariat, for example: European Commission; European Parliament; European Central Bank; EU Court of Justice; European Investment Bank; CERT-EU; EPSO etc)

**What you need**
- Consulting experience from a top management consulting firm;
- MBA qualification desirable;
- An excellent understanding of the Public Sector, ideally with experience working with large international bodies such as: EU Secretariat, European Commission, European Parliament, European Central Bank (ECB), EU Court of Justice, European Investment Bank, CERT-EU, EPSO etc
- Experience of developing GTM strategy and active contribution to sales pursuits and proposals
- IT Strategy, IT Strategy Execution, Value Realisation
- Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French

Also experience in CIO Advisory Services, which includes one or more of our core service lines:

- Digital Transformation (technology (eg CX or CRM); organisation (eg Talent, Agile working); and processes (AI, automation etc)
- Applications Modernization and Optimization
- Data, Analytics and AI adoption
- Sourcing strategy, Vendor Relationship management and Contract Optimisation
- Cyber Security and IT Risk strategy
