**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons un(e) Boutique Manager pour notre boutique à la Rue du Rhône à Genève (Entrée Place de la Fusterie).

Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vos principales tâches sont les suivantes:

- Gestion des équipes de vente et pilotage opérationnel de la boutique
- Supervision de l’animation commerciale et du développement de la clientèle locale
- Analyse et reporting commercial et marketing (KPI’s, budgets, rapports périodiques, etc.)
- Supervision et coordination des actions Marketing et Communication (événements)
- Application des guidelines du HQ (merchandising, CI/CD, procédures, etc.)
- Recrutement, intégration et formation des collaborateurs
- Encadrement, motivation et animation des équipes de vente
- Planning des équipes de vente avec optimisation des horaires

**Profil**:
Vous êtes flexible, communicatif-ve et proactif-ve

Vous avez un esprit d’initiative et êtes capable de gérer des projets de façon autonome

Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en vente et en négociation

Vous êtes capable de coacher, motiver et diriger une équipe

Vous démontrez d’excellentes aptitudes relationnelles ainsi qu’une forte orientation clients et êtes exemplaire dans le traitement des exigences consommateurs

**Compétences requises**:
Vous avez une formation commerciale et une expérience significative dans la vente de produits de luxe et le management dans un environnement Retail

Vous possédez des connaissances du marché de l’arc lémanique et en particulier celui de la région genevoise

**Langues**:
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les langues française et anglaise
Toute autre langue un atout
