Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Certified Public Accountant (CPA) für unsere Buchhaltungsabteilung. Sie sind für die Erstellung, Überprüfung und Analyse von Finanzberichten für unser Unternehmen verantwortlich.

Unser idealer Kandidat verfügt über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und Budgetierung. Sie sollten auch in der Lage sein, die täglichen Transaktionen zu überwachen und Möglichkeiten zu empfehlen, wie wir unsere finanzielle Gesundheit verbessern können. Für diese Funktion sind Berufserfahrung sowie ein Abschluss in Buchhaltung und eine CPA-Qualifikation erforderlich.

Letztendlich spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle in der Finanztätigkeit unseres Unternehmens, indem Sie die Einhaltung der Gesetze und die Genauigkeit der Rechnungslegung sicherstellen.

**Aufgaben**: Buchhaltungsunterlagen nach Bedarf (digital und physisch) organisieren und aktualisieren
Transaktionen analysieren und Berichte erstellen

Durchführung regelmäßiger detaillierter Audits, um die Richtigkeit von Finanzdokumenten, Ausgaben und Investitionen sicherzustellen

Umsatz prognostizieren und Gewinnmargen analysieren

Überwachung der Hauptbuchabstimmung und Verwaltung der Kreditoren / Forderungen

Beteiligung an Budgetierungsprozessen

Führungskräfte regelmäßig über die Finanzlage des Unternehmens informieren

Kollaboration mit Steuerberatern, um Steuerzahlungen und Steuererklärungen nachzuverfolgen

Regelmäßige Überprüfung der Buchhaltung

Finanzinformationen des Unternehmens vertraulich behandeln

Bilanzierungsrichtlinien und -verfahren einrichten

Über Entwicklungen in der Branche und Änderungen der Vorschriften auf dem Laufenden bleiben

**Anforderungen**: Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung als Finanzprüfer, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) oder Leitender Buchhalter
Gründliche Kenntnis der Buchhaltungs
- und Finanzverfahren

Verständnis der allgemein anerkannten Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze (GAAP)

Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware wie FreshBooks und Zoho

Fortgeschrittene MS Excel-Kenntnisse (Kenntnisse in Formeln, VLOOKUPs und Pivot-Tabellen)

Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten mit Liebe zum Detail

Integrität mit der Fähigkeit, mit vertraulichen Informationen umzugehen

B.Sc.Abschluss in Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen und CPA-Zertifizierung
