Our sales desk has a global reach to an international investor network built over more than three decades and consists of more than 120 sales professionals across our offices.

As a Junior Sales Trader you will be part of the sales team in Zurich with a primary focus on high yield corporate bonds. As a sales trader you will have the responsibility to execute trades and match interests between our investors. Our team in Zurich consists of eight dedicated employees working within Sales and Research.
- Note: _Recent graduates, and more experienced people are both taken into consideration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the fixed income sales team, assisting the sales desk with a keen and client-oriented approach
- Supporting trading & execution - primary (new issues) & secondary market flow
- Keeping track and update current trading interests
- Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Be proactive and generate value-added ideas for customers and colleagues
- Possibility to develop your own customer portfolio of institutional investors, asset managers, family offices, hedge funds, private banks, and/or high net worth individuals

**Qualifications**:

- Driven and highly motivated person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A fundamental understanding and interest in the capital markets
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Motivation and self-drive are valued higher than experience
- Language skills: English required, any other language a plus
