The Business Solutions team is composed of business experts in the main functional areas as well as competent developers who are involved in the community. Since 2006, Camptocamp is the first official Odoo "Gold" partner and is strongly involved in the Odoo community, especially through the Odoo Community Association (OCA) of which Camptocamp is a founding and very active member. * Your day as an ERP Team leader* As a team leader, you are the local representative of the Business Solutions management. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will oversee the smooth running of the team of project managers, developers and consultants. Here are some examples of your responsibilities: - You are a project manager or business analyst within the team. - As a manager coach, you support your team in its growth, operation and the implementation of Odoo ERP projects for its customers. - You represent the Business Solutions management team in your region (participation in conferences, etc.) - You follow the billing and KPIs of the team's projects and contribute to the department's objectives - You are consulted on your region's budget and sales forecasts - You relay the general communication of the Business Solutions management team - You are responsible for planning the workload in relation to capacity and anticipate hiring needs in coordination with the project managers. - You are responsible for the prioritisation of projects in coordination with the project leaders and the Business Solutions management team. - You are responsible for HR Care and happiness at work, conducting individual interviews, monitoring career development and people's wishes and managing holiday planning. - You are responsible for organising the training of people and the onboarding of new resources - You participate in the recruitment of new people. Every day, you will have the opportunity to learn something new, contribute to meaningful projects and have a good time with your colleagues. **Your profile** Your essential skills for success in this role - You have at least 3- 5 years of experience in a similar position or as an ERP project manager or consultant with team management skills. - You have good hands-on experience with ERP systems. - You understand the pitfalls of IT integration projects. - You are open-minded, supportive and solution-oriented. - You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are able to unify, facilitate and structure meetings and discussions. - You have experience in coaching people or a strong willingness to learn. - You are an organized person. - You are open to the idea of working in virtual teams in several offices and countries. - You are fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
