For one of the leading luxury brands in the world, we are currently recruiting a new experienced Retail Sales professional (m/w) for their beautiful store in the mountain resort of Gstaad (Kanton Bern).

**POSITION
Your main responsibilities will be the following:

- To ensure a role of welcoming and service to customers in the different product departments
- To participate in the development of sales, thanks to adapted advice and a personalised follow-up
- To develop loyalty and long-lasting relations with the clientele
- To participate in the store daily activities (merchandise reception and storage, visual merchandising, handling payments, after-sales service, inventories)

**PROFILE
We are ideally looking for a person with the following:

- Previous sales experience (min. 5 years) in a high-end / luxury retail store
- Experience in Watches & Jewellery would be ideal
- Sense of responsibilities, autonomy, dynamism and enthusiasm
- Sales, customer service and high-end product experience
- Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and Team spirit
- Fluency in German and English, other languages would represent assets
