**Position Summary**:
Join us for a hands-on 6‑month internship where you will help drive efficiency and insight within our aftermarket operations. This role blends data handling, tool development, and team collaboration to support internal processes and decision-making. This internship offers a dynamic environment to develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and work alongside a motivated, multi-cultural team dedicated to innovation and excellence.
**Your Role**:
- Data Export, Cleaning & Analysis: Extract and prepare operational data from aftermarket services to derive meaningful insights and inform strategic actions.
- Reporting & Visualization: Build reports and compelling visualizations (graphs, dashboards) to highlight trends and improvement opportunities in MRO operations.
- Tool Enhancement & Automation: Utilize Salesforce, SharePoint, and Excel VBA to create, refine, and automate tools that streamline team workflows and increase productivity.
- Work closely with team members to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and tailor tools and analyses to meet those needs.
- Engage in a dynamic mix of data work, tool development, and cross-functional collaboration to help make processes smoother and more efficient.
**Your Profile**:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program in a business-related field such as Business systems, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, VBA experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity or interest in working with Salesforce and SharePoint
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to solve problems
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., German or French) are a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
