**Product Care Project Leader**:

- (Jahresvertrag mit wahrscheinlicher Verlängerung bei gegenseitigem Einverständnis) mit Startdatum so bald wie möglich. Home Office ist zeitweise möglich.

**ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION**:

- Leitung eines oder mehrerer Projekte mit externen Fertigungspartnern im Spritzgussbereich sowie im Bereich der Folienverarbeitung:

- Erstellen und Pflegen detaillierter Projektpläne, sowie Analyse deren kritischer Pfade
- Analysieren von Projektrisiken sowie Steuerung der Mitigationen
- Planen und kontrollieren des Projektbudgets und der Ressourcen
- Überwachen des Projektfortschritts anhand des Projektplans
- Sicherstellen der rechtzeitigen Lieferung von Arbeitspakete und deren Qualität, auch bei externen Partnern
- Verantwortlich für Projektergebnis und -dokumentation
- Leiten und managen von Projektteams mit 3-5 internen Mitgliedern (Matrixorganisation)
- Fördern und verwalten der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und externen (Unter-) Lieferanten
- Regelmäßiges Reporting anhand von Projektberichten, sowie proaktives und zeitnahes Eskalieren von Problemen und Risiken
- Proaktives Zusammenarbeiten und Abstimmen mit Peer-Projektmanagern, die unter gemeinsamer Leitung arbeiten (z.B. in einer Programmorganisation)

**REQUIRED PROFILE**:

- Hochschul
- oder Fachhochschulabschluss im Bereich Engineering oder Life Sciences (z.B. Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Werkstofftechnik)
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Management komplexer Projekte mit externen Partnern und Lieferanten in einem produzierenden, GMP regulierten Unternehmen
- Erfahrung in einer stark regulierten Produktionsumgebung (Reinraumanlagen)
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift) wird vorausgesetzt
- Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 25%)
- Gute Kenntnisse mit einer Projektmanagement-Software, bevorzugt Erfahrung in SmartSheet
- Bereitschaft in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld zu arbeiten, Erfahrung in Lean SixSigma

**Nice to Haves**:

- Kenntnisse über die Herstellung von Spritzgussteilen
- Kenntnisse über die Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Mehrschichtfolien
- Erfahrung mit dem Entwurf, der Konstruktion und der Inbetriebnahme von hochautomatisierten Produktionsanlagen
- Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung
