Via Express, ein Geldtransferunternehmen, das in 8 Städten in der Schweiz tätig ist, beabsichtigt, in seiner Niederlassung in Basel neue Mitarbeiter (M/W) als Allround-Kassierer einzustellen.

Wir suchen Fachleute, die selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst, gründlich und organisiert ihre Aufgaben erledigen und in der Lage sind, die Initiative zu ergreifen und im Team zu arbeiten.

Die Hauptaufgaben sind: -Kundenservice ( persönlich, per Telefon, E-Mail oder über andere -Kommunikationsmittel wie soziale Netzwerke;
- Kunden genaue und vollständige Informationen geben;
- Die Problematik des Kunden verstehen und lösen;
- Die interne Dokumentation ausfüllen; -Kontrolle des Inkassos und des Kassenabschlusses ;
Erwartetes Profil:

- Fähigkeit und Gewandtheit im Umgang mit Menschen, die eine flüssige und fesselnde Sprache haben;
- Abgeschlossene Pflichtschule;
- Grundlegende Computerkenntnisse;
- Pünktlichkeit und Regelmäßigkeit;
- Gute schriftliche und mündliche Beherrschung der englischen Sprache;
- Gute schriftliche und mündliche Beherrschung der deutsch Sprache;
- Gute Kenntnisse der portugiesischen und/oder spanischen Sprache werden geschätzt;
- Sofortige Verfügbarkeit ;
