The Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning Tranformation Lead for Mondelez Europe is a key role in the co-oridnation and implementation of our operational excellence program to help our leaders deliver results. A core part of this role is to create a continuous improvement (CI) mindset and to provide tools and technique capabilities to develop organizational self sufficiency.

- Benchmark externally, ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed I collaboration with internal partners

**More about this role**
You will lead the center of excellence of integrated business planning (IBP) by designing, harmonizing & implementing best practices, processes and tools across all functions in your business unit; and you will also lead the design and blueprint of all demand planning processes, creating a rapid and responsive planning environment for MEU.

**How you will contribute**
You will:

- Partner with the process champions and leaders across the five IBP steps (portfolio management review, demand review, supply review, integrated reconciliation and the management business review) to ensure the reviews are effective and that materials are on time and satisfactory and to provide an updated outlook for the category or business unit to make the informed decisions
- Provide holistic and unbiased counsel to the category or business unit president to ensure the right behaviors are demonstrated across the organization
- Co-champion the integrated reconciliation and/or the IBP management business review process to proactively address issues in IBP to ensure the delivery
- Collaborate with the markets to develop segmentation strategies to incorporate into the demand planning design to support the business go to market strategies serving channels/customers.
- Lead the blueprint for demand sensing and demand planning processes leveraging the segmentation strategy, creating an intelligent demand stream that auto-adjusts, through AI/ML leveraging several external and internal data points, for rapid and responsive planning.
- Ensure the blueprint process design leverages the right data points from inbound supply to the production operating environment, order management and distribution to effectively represent product flow and support effective scenario analysis in daily operational planning.
- Ensure that inventory policy is embedded into the blueprint design to respond to demand plan to correctly position the inventories across the network.
- Ensure process design leverages to the fullest automation of processes and ML/AI/RPA to support advanced analytics and decision making.
- Work closely with the technical community to drive the Digital Core/SAP Program planning team of business user experts knowledgeable in all demand and supply chain planning processes to create the business process design and functional design documents to deliver an employee experience which builds confidence in the system, while delivering reliable and sustainable performance.
- Guarantee the right process capability across Demand Planning & IBP community, including development of planning training documentation and training environment. Ensure timely delivery of training and validation of training completeness.
- Partner across all functional areas of the Planning Transformation CoE team & Digital Transformation CoE team to support the development of the best technological solutions and visibility for an effective planning process environment to enable the most effective customer service, at optimal inventories and cost.
- Lead key IBP & DP related projects: set the vision & roadmap, constantly prioritize, inspect & approve work.
