Employee Compensation Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:
- 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in data modelling, statistical analysis, compensation and benchmarking. Experience in pay equity compliance is a distinct advantage.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Tech-savvy with high learning agility.
- Solution-oriented and innovative mindset with a thorough understanding of how to listen to and engage audiences across all levels. Sensitive to the requirements and interests of others and skilled in translating these needs into a coherent and practical solutions.
- Hands-on approach to work, strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative working style appreciating the inclusion of geographies, levels, functions and cultures.
- Integrity when dealing with highly sensitive information and situations.
- Highly numerate, with passion for quality and attention to detail.
- Professional proficiency in English.
