The primary goal is to support the CDM Switzerland Head of Global Accounts & e-Commerce with his/her tasks.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
These listed tasks contribute significantly to the purpose and attainment of the job goals and usually take a time of at least 50 - 80 percent:

- Monthly reporting together with CDM Management
- Weekly schedule in alignment with CDM Vertical Specialists
- Manages team agendas and absences
- Administrative and organizational support for Team Head
- Executes alignment meetings with Vertical Specialists and KIA Account Agents
- Manages the Vertical Specialists (F2F meetings, tasks, reporting) and the CDM Specialist for Cash Collection
- Coaches the Vertical Specialists and consults in know-how
- Ensures know-how transfer
- Develops and implements processes and work instructions together with CDM Management
- Participates in customer meetings
**Additional tasks**:

- Special assignments to support teams
- Handling specific customer inquiries where senior know-how is needed
- Ad-hoc tasks delegated by the Team Head
- Supporting design and implementation of organizational changes
