What you’ll do

Inventory management (status change, damages, non-conformities, etc)
Daily Warehouse activities in Oracle WMS
Support Receiving and Expediting materials
Manage all documentations and labelling according our ISO 13485 standards
Support supply of materials for clean room and ongoing production
Packing of semi FG and Finished Goods
Support activities and stock management around sub-suppliers and components cleaning
Support Work Order Management and ad hoc requests for continuous manufacturing
Running and reorganizing the work and storage space at the site when needed: ensuring efficient and safe space utilization
Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Maintaining standards of health and safety.
Perform daily and yearly cycle count and comply with corporate policies
Ad hoc requests in relationship to supply chain activities

**Who you are**:
Proven work experience in Warehouse Management
Shown ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Experience in working in an international environment and Medical Device is a plus
Fluent in French and English is a plus
Customer oriented
Rigorous and Autonomy
Excellent communication skills
CFC diploma or equivalent can be a plus
Quality centric minded
Forklift driving license preferred Ready to work in 2 shifts alternating every week
