**Your contribution to KPMG**

Advise multinational corporates on treasury strategy and operating model design (IHB, POBO/COBO, SSC) including business cases, ROI calculations for each initiative and contribute to the strategic goals of a CFO

Lead or co-lead Treasury Transformation engagements from business case calculation to design and implementation.

Assess and define target structures for cash management, liquidity forecasting, treasury governance and FX Risk Management.

Design In-House Bank and Payment Factory structures with global banking partners and internal stakeholders.

Drive functional design of Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, FIS) in a business-integrated context.

Collaborate closely with experts across Tax, Technology, Debt Advisory and Working Capital teams.

Contribute to business development, proposals, and client workshops.

Coach junior team members and actively shape our Treasury Center of Excellence knowledge base.

**This is what makes you successful**

Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury consulting, or transformation projects.

Practical knowledge of In-House Banking, Payment Factory, treasury policies, and cash visibility frameworks.

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ideally prior experience in a consulting or project-based environment.

Fluent in English (German or French a plus).

Team-oriented, client-centric, and eager to grow into a leadership role.
