Proclinical are recruiting a Medical Alliances Operations Leader for a biotech organisation. This role is on a contract basis with flexible working available. The client is focused on uncovering remedies and diagnostics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for and/or partakes in the development and management of the study milestones, materials, budget, hazard and quality plans.
- Offer guidance to one or more study management / accountable teams or groups.
- Recognise fields of best techniques and procedure developments.
- Guarantee study adherence to ICH/GCP, GVO, company policies and SOPs conformity.
- Monitor predictions of clinical/non-clinical resources.
- You will distribute the operational fundamentals of the study plan.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a natural/life science discipline, or business administration and pertinent experience will also be taken into consideration.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a global clinical project management role.
- Acquaintance with oncology.
- Former involvement operating with studies in all phases with familiarity in evidence generation.
- Willing to travel for business needs up to 10% of the time.
- Desirable to be experience in breast cancer and/or gynecology.
