**Location**: Dübendorf or Geneva
**Start Date**: June 1st
**Contract Type**: 6-month temporary assignment, renewable - with potential for permanent internalization
**Reason for Hiring**: Increase in operational activity

**Your Mission**

As part of a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in supporting procurement operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will be actively involved in managing purchase orders, resolving blocked invoices, and ensuring full compliance with internal policies and industry standards. You will work closely with the local procurement team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in accordance with sourcing strategies.
- Monitor delivery timelines to ensure goods and services meet operational deadlines.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation (POs, service entries, invoices, etc.).
- Assist in resolving supplier-related issues affecting operations.
- Participate in the improvement of procurement tools and workflows.

**Your Profile**
- Solid experience in operational purchasing or procurement, ideally within a fast-paced industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier coordination, and contract handover.
- Comfortable with procurement systems (e.g., SAP) and digital tools.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance practices is a plus.
