Ihre Rolle
Als Lead Auditor bei der Bank J. Safra Sarasin werden Sie, nach einer intensiven Einführungsphase, Private Banking bezogene Themen in der Schweiz und in internationalen Lokationen wie Monaco, London, Panama und Dubai selbständig prüfen.
Ihre Aufgaben
Übernahme der Rolle als Lead Auditor, inklusive ziel
- und termingerechter Planung, selbständiger Durchführung, und zeitnaher Kommunikation der Resultate von End-to-End Prüfungen
Verfassen von aussagekräftigen Berichten
Agieren als Sparringpartner des Managements
Überwachung der Implementierung von Massnahmen
Ausarbeiten von Stellungnahmen zu Handen des Leiters Group Internal Audit, des Verwaltungsrates oder von Entscheidungsträgern aus der Linie
Mitwirkung bei Spezialabklärungen und Projekten
Agieren als Subject Matter Expert im Front Office Bereich (AML, Cross Border und/oder Investment Suitability)
Ihr Profil
Bankenlehre, Bankfachmann/-frau oder höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni, FH), CIA, CPA, CFA oder ähnliches; der Abschluss als Wirtschaftsprüfer/-in ist von Vorteil
5 Jahre Erfahrung als Lead Auditor der Bankenrevision (Bank oder Revisionsgesellschaft) sowie in Front Office bezogenen Themen wie AML, Cross Border oder Investment Suitability
Ausgezeichnete Microsoft Office Kenntnisse; Kenntnisse in Avaloq sind von Vorteil
Fähigkeit, Probleme zu gewichten und Prioritäten zu setzen sowie starke analytische Fähigkeiten
Starke Arbeitsethik, Integrität und ein hohes Mass an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
Hands-on-Mentalität und Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Fliessende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch; fliessende Kenntnisse in Fränzösisch oder Spanisch sind von Vorteil
