Contract Documentation Control Preparation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation and control of contract documentation, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize Kneat software for document management, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain document control systems and processes to ensure efficient workflow and accessibility.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on documentation standards and Kneat software usage.
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth document exchange and communication.
- Generate and distribute reports on documentation status and progress to relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in documentation control, preferably in a contract management or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Kneat software for document management.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to documentation control.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industry.
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
- Project management skills and experience.
