Our Geneva office is located very centrally, 5 minutes from the main train station and 1 minute from the lake. The office has a rooftop lunch area, with views over the lake and Alps. **Job Description**:
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Perform monthly and year-end trade accounting closing tasks
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Monthly reviews of balance sheet and PnL trade related accounts
- Ensure proper and timely resolution of findings identified on day-to-day tasks
- Daily liaison with front office to understand paper and physical trades and ensure accurate P&L reporting
- Provide meaningful analysis to the various stakeholders to improve decision making
- Key point of contact for front office to resolve queries and ad-hoc analysis
- Support continuous improvements around tools and existing process
- Ensure transactions are recorded and supported in accordance with Company's policies and controls
- Ensure tasks are done with an impeccable level of accuracy and in a timely manner
- Comply with confidentiality and security of accounting data policies
- Support external and internal audits of our financial statements and partnership activities

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems and high literacy in Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Excellent partnering skills and ability to work in an international team
- Attention to accuracy and detail required, rigorous
- Problem solver, result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and use judgment to assure all issues and concerns are addressed properly
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- Eager to learn and self-motivated
