**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide legal advice with a focus on matters related to quality management, regulatory and medical affairs.
- Review and negotiate general commercial contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the medical affairs team with various contracts required for clinical trials including assessment of compliance under data protection and other laws.
- Work closely with international team on cross border legal topics (including intercompany contracts and dealer agreements).
- Monitor and advise on relevant developments in medical device and product liability laws (focus EU and Switzerland) and adapt company policies as necessary.
- Handle product liability, recall and FSCA cases with support of external advisors as needed.
- Conduct internal training sessions on legal topics for various company stakeholders.

**Your Profile**
- Completed law degree (Master of Law) in Switzerland or Germany.
- Bar admission is advantageous.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or legal department of an industrial company; prior knowledge in the MedTech or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to deal with complex needs, expectations and ambiguity in an international environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical and teamwork skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
