In-house brokerage activities to ensure the accurate assessment, management, and placement of risks
- Manage the tendering, negotiation, and placement of global insurance programs, focusing primarily on Property and Marine
- Evaluate, select, and implement effective risk control and financing strategies to minimize the impact of potential losses
- Lead plant risk reviews and audits, ensuring that recommendations are thoroughly assessed and properly implemented
- Support and advise Legal Units, Management, and other departments on matters related to Risk and Insurance Management
- Handle national and international claims and losses, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Offer EHS and emergency management support for the Corporate Headquarters in Winterthur
- Stay updated on changes in Autoneum’s business and operations that may impact the company’s risk exposure

Your qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or similar in Economics, Business Administration or Actuarial Science (additional qualifications in Risk Engineering or Risk Management are an advantage)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to think and act strategically, aligning solutions with the company’s goals
- Skilled at working independently with mínimal supervision, while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a sharp eye for numbers and technical risk engineering topics
- A curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning, problem-solving, and embracing new processes and cultures
- A friendly, approachable personality with a genuine enthusiasm for fostering a supportive work environment
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate in German required; additional languages are a plus
