**Enterprise Security Architect | Switzerland (1 Day Every 2 Weeks In Office)**

OliverJames is partnering with a prestigious industrial firm based in Switzerland to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Security Architect. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading organisation and shape their security landscape while working on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the overall security roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organisation's business objectives and technology strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Security Architecture to define and implement the enterprise-wide security vision, principles, and standards.
- Take ownership of the security architecture framework, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and meets regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of security capabilities, including IAM solutions, while considering scalability, performance, and integration requirements.
- Conduct security risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and develop remediation plans to mitigate risks effectively.
- Stay up to date with the latest security trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the security domain.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of security projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as an Enterprise Security Architect, with a proven track record of designing and implementing security solutions.
- Knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is ideal.
- In-depth knowledge of security architecture frameworks, industry standards, and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing security roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are highly desirable.
- English is essential and German/French or Italian is a nice to have.
