After years of research, Planted was founded in July 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich. Our revolutionary plan will make the world a better place. We structure meats from plants that is no way inferior to animal meat, scores with unique taste, and authentic texture, and is miles ahead in terms of sustainability and health

Planted is more than a delicious product - it's also an attitude. We want to radically change the way meat is perceived and consumed and inspire a shift from eating animal proteins to eating plant proteins.

**Your mission**:

- You are responsible for the Go-to-market strategy and its execution of our newest product innovation
- You identify future pockets of growth and lead the commercial product development process from concept definition and market validation to shelf.
- You articulate the unique selling point of a product and reflect it across all touchpoints (packaging, communications, trade materials for external partners)
- You attract and engage with potential customers in B2B and B2C, to launch our product innovation and delight our consumers.
- You guide the technical product development to create a truly relevant and differentiating product for our consumers.

**You**:

- Have a strong commercial acumen and work experience in Business development Sales and/or Marketing
- Have previous experience on how to translate a consumer insight into a brand strategy or product
- Are enthusiastic about working with plant-based meat and food in general
- Are a team-player and responsibility-taker with a high level of independency
- Have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, are willing to go out of your comfort zone and make your hands dirty
- Have strong communication skills, and are able to excite, easily establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Are able to lead and influence cross-functional teams, build arguments and motivate others delivering your strategic recommendations
- Are fluent in German and English
- Valid work permit for Switzerland
