**Your Job — Your Passion**:

- In addition to the activities described above, your tasks include the management of the performance of existing partners, and development of strategies to improve their sales and revenue
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
- In addition, you will also collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts
- You will monitor industry trends (Wealth Management) and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
- Also, you will create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
- You will measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
- Furthermore, you will identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel and provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
- You will attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company

**Your Profile — Your Strengths**:

- You have 3-5 years of experience in channel management (ideally with a Wealth Tech) and Wealth Management
- You are experienced in customer relationship management (CRM) software and have knowledge in sales techniques and strategies
- You can provide strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
- In addition, you have the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
- You also have strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with time management and organizational skills
- You have ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field are natural for you
