**Description du poste**: Pour le compte de l'un de nous clients, une Marque Horlogère prestigieuse et reconnue, nous recherchons un "Retail Operations Coordinator (H/F). This multi-task profile will help STAGE Manager to ensure the activity of this area dedicated to Retail Experimentation (testing, training, role play, shooting, demo of our retail tools and so on) and to secure all requirements for it. Supply STAGE assortment and equipment : front/back-office Boutique tools and other equipment Manage good receipts and returns (in SAP) Organize furniture’s / material delivery : packaging, customs declaration, delivery preparation and following Manage stocks, prepare and run monthly inventory, deliver in time the Inventory report AREA Prepare STAGE area before visitor’s venue: anticipate and install any required set-up and equipment such as finished goods, Boutique furniture and tools, office supplies, broadcasting equipment, etc Maintain, update and prepare hardware devices and software use-cases for IT testings - Maintain & operate STAGE broadcasting system Update VM environment in line with WW campaigns Coordinate topics related to STAGE area maintenance (painting, electricity,) Coordinate the integration and evolution of prototypes and latest retail solutions in collaboration with the Retail Solutions Team Keep in touch with Retail operational functions (regular in-store presence) and suggest any improvement on topics related to Boutique operations **Exigence du poste**: 3-5 years of experience in Retail Operations or Retail Logistics Languages: English, French. Excellent organizational skills Computer proficiency (Office 365), at ease with digital tools The knowledge of SAP is a strong plus (stock management) Autonomous, proactive and agile Flexible to work in a fast-changing environment 100% presence on site required. Maximum 20% of home office depending on activity
