Hobson Prior are seeking for a Laboratory Technician for Particle Technology in Development to join a brilliant pharmaceutical establishment on a contract basis located in Basel. Our client is focused on developing remedies that will help lengthen and improve the lives of many.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will handle and guide al project/local network actions, assist/train team members, contribute to sub-teams and partake in general company tactics and objectives.
- You will adhere to costs, quality, quantity and deadlines for all allocated duties.
- Implement the functional method and drive operational excellence aligned with TRD vision and tactic.
- Conform to company guidelines and protocols.
- Participate in increasing the efficiency and productivity within the work linked to allocated projects.
- Guarantee full portfolio assistance aligned with GDD, NTO, and NIBR plans.
- Engage within project teams locally as well as across development network.
- Any other assigned duties.

- Enjoys handling technical problems.
- Works well in a team setting as well as independently.
- Able to think analytically with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a laboratory technician role such as physical-technical assistant, pharmaceutical-technical assistant, chemical and pharmaceutical technologist or educated to a degree level in a process engineering, chemical engineering, physical chemistry, pharmaceutical technology, food technology and/or life science discipline.
- Acquaintance within the area of mechanics/fine machines would be ideal.
- Prior involvement in managing laboratory tools and modern measuring instruments would be beneficial for the role.
- Fluency in both the German and English languages.
