**Das Amt für Informatik (AFI)**, als jüngstes Kantonsamt (2018) ist das Informatik-Kompetenz-Zentrum des Kantons Zürich. Es erbringt umfassende Dienstleistungen im Bereich der zentralen Informatikinfrastruktur und kantonsweiter Applikationen für die Direktionen, Behörden, Rechtspflege und selbstständige Anstalten. Beauftragten mit der Umsetzung der neuen IKT- Strategie und Zentralisierung sämtlicher kantonaler IT-Dienstleistungen und Applikationen, ist es auch für die Digitalisierung des Kantons zuständig.

Wir machen den Kanton Zürich zukunftsfit - mit dir in unserer neu geschaffenen Stelle als **Teamleiter/in Operational Excellence**? Der neue Fachbereich unserer Abteilung** Customer Services & Innovation**, ist für das übergreifende Prozessmanagement und Weiterentwicklung im AFI verantwortlich. Als Teamleiter/in bist du für den Aufbau und die Führung des Bereichs zuständig und geniesst dabei grossen Gestaltungsspielraum, ein hohes Mass an Selbstständigkeit sowie Eigenverantwortung.
Gemeinsam mit deinem Team hilfst du dabei, das Prozessmanagement sowie die Digitalisierung des Kantons amts
- und direktionsübergreifend voranzutreiben.

**Deine Mission**:

- Als Teil des Managementteams nimmst du die Schlüsselrolle für die Weiterentwicklung, Steuerung und Planung des Prozessmanagements im AFI
- Gemeinsam im Team gestaltest du sämtliche Kern-, Unterstützungs
- und Führungsprozesse des Amtes
- Im Team führt ihr die Kernprozesse Incident, Problem, Change, Release & Deployment und Request Fulfilment für das AFI und die beteiligten IT-Einheiten der Direktionen und Staatskanzlei
- In Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen erarbeitest du nachhaltige (digitalisierte) und prozessübergreifende Lösungen und verantwortest deren Umsetzung

**Dein Erfahrungsschatz**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, BWL oder Prozessmanagement
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Prozessmanagement, vorzugsweise in einer komplexen IT-Umgebung innerhalb einer Matrixorganisation
- Natürliche Fähigkeit, Optimierungsmöglichkeiten in Abläufen zu entdecken und diese zu entwickeln
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, starke soziale Kompetenzen und hohe Kundenorientierung
- Belastbare, selbstbewusste und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Entscheidungen mit grosser Tragweite, analytisch und strukturiert treffen kann
