- Build the foundation in skill and methodology for our product centric organization
- Strengthen our Product Management Guild by driving skill growth and knowledge sharing
- Work with individuals, teams, streams and divisions to drive organizational transformation,
- Adopt/improve our agile way of working and promote product delivery of business value
- Work with the key roles across our Agile Delivery Model to increase team performance and overall effectiveness
- Facilitate learning and development through coaching, trainings, and workshops on agile principles and product management
- Enable collaboration across teams and departments by helping identify impediments and improve organizational challenges (product, technical, people)

**Your expertise**
- Proven track of record in Product Management from idea creation to commercialization
- Expert in defining and communicating product strategy and vision aligned with company goals
- Willing to share knowledge and train or coach others in best-in-class Product Management
- Proficient in (scaled) Agile methods like Scrum, Kanban, Lean
- Released and managed multiple products along the product lifecycle, ideally Product Owner experiences in a business environment
- Strong servant leader with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into OKRs and problem statements
- Strong sense of continuous improvement to grow once’s own craft, learning new tools, experiment and share across community
- Proficient in German and in English (written and spoken)
